Shipping and Returns
We use Australia Post to ship all of our orders. All postage rates are calculated based on weight and destination.
POSTAGE TIMES:
Australia: Allow 2-5 business days for regular post and 1-3 business days for express post.

PRYBAR cannot be held responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your item, we accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of your order purchase date. Goods must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags. Please note there are no refunds for change of mind or incorrect choice. Exchanges are subject to stock availabilities. Any shipping charges paid on the original order will not be refunded.
If you would like to return an item please contact customer service at: support@prybar.com.au. Please be sure to include your full name, order number, which products you’d like to return and the reason why you want to return the product/s.
We will work with you to come up with a solution.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend sending all parcels via a traceable service. We are not responsible for any lost or missing parcels.
